Join the Pre-Professional August Ballet Intensive 

Each year many of NDT’s more advanced dancers travel to reputable dance programs around the country.  We are proud that our NDT dancers are accepted into these prestigious programs, but of course, always happy when they are home. 

Much like the July Summer Intensive, NDT will offer dancers looking to continue their high level of training and bridge into the next school year, an opportunity to study daily. 

This program will focus on ballet technique, pointe, partnering, repertoire and other important disciplines. NDT faculty will be joined by acclaimed guest faculty to offer students a variety of learning experiences.  At the end of the August Summer Intensive, NDT will host a student showcase performance so dancers have the opportunity to share their growth with a captivated audience. 

Pre-Professional Ballet Intensive
Monday, August 18 – Thursday, August 28, 2025
3:30pm - 7:30pm Monday- Thursday
For students ages 11 to 18. Audition required. 

Advanced Level Dancers/ Intermediate 2* (*by invitation only)
3:30-7:30pm Ballet, Pointe, Variations, Stretch and Partnering

NDT Intermediate Ballet 1 and Ballet 6 Level Dancers
3:30-7:30pm Ballet class, Pointe, Variations and Stretch
